Wake Up With David Ross Hitting His First Career HR Off Mark Grace

This moment needs to get a lot more playing time. Mark Grace and David Ross are two of my all time favorite Cubs. Grace because he pounded cigs in the dugout before AB’s while stroking .308 for the Cubs over 13 seasons. Ross because he’s a sweet dude and a World Series Champion who fucked up Andrew Miller in epic fashion. The fact they’re connected at this point in baseball history – Grace on the way out, Ross on the way in, is almost serendipitous , which is a word that always makes me think of Sandra Bullock. Idk why, but she fuckin KILLED IT in Speed.
